I have been boxed for 11 years in my marriage. It began as a promise of togetherness and companionship, which soon turned into shackles of duty, responsibility, social pressure and family status. My conscience was knocking, my health deteriorating and yet I could not gather courage to stand up for myself and break free.

It was Susan who reached out, She made me realise that the solution for the suffocation I felt was within me.

Over the years the doors that were closed one after another by my fear and humiliation started to open as she helped me focus and prioritise and look at the problems in different ways.

Today I am able to unlock the doors fearlessly and look at life with hope and prepare for the challenges that lie ahead.
