I was born in Montreal Canada of a French Canadian mother and an Irish Canadian father. I live a rich life and I have experienced many transformations resulting from a multitude of experiences. These have given me the aptitude and fortitude to embrace change and to see experiences as essential tools for growth and self-empowerment.

I have always had the desire to make a difference through helping others.I practiced pediatric nursing in Montreal and Los Angeles, and later specialized in emergency nurse medicine at University of San Francisco Moffitt hospital UCSF.

I moved to Paris, married for the first time, and have three great kids. I left nursing to join the pharmaceutical industry and started a new career in research and development. This is where I was introduced to the world of business. I subsequently worked and lived in Paris, Vancouver, Brussels, Mumbai and Goa.

In 1993, having an inherited entrepreneurial nature and wanting to be in a position to have a strong impact on ethics and integrity in clinical research, I created an independent consulting company in Brussels specializing in quality management in clinical research. As a consultant I have audited and assessed over 700 small & large corporations and healthcare centres around the world.

From 2006, I ran my company out of India. I love to work in a multicultural environment.

After nine years in India I came back to Belgium in 2015. I was ready for my next mission in life: to help people and leaders excel through their power and care in a constantly and rapidly changing world.

As a certified empowerment and leadership coach, my mission is to bring my personal life, corporate, global and cross-cultural experience to coaching men and women internationally. It’s a fantastic and rewarding journey!
